Our Freshwater Gin is a native botanical bonanza, with 14 indigenous ingredients like Finger Lime, Native Currents, Lemon Myrtle, Kakadu Plums and Quandongs just to name a few. It is fragrant, but not over-the-top and makes an excellent G&T. Or, do what the distiller does. Pour a nip or two, and add a slice of orange peel. WALK AWAY for 10 minutes then add ice and sip it. It is brilliant.
