Delivery and returns

Goodradigbee Distillers uses the most cost effective freight and delivery service available at this time. COVID 19 has seen freight costs rise, but we will endeavour to find the best and most efficient freight solution for you.

If you are unhappy with your purchase of Goodradigbee Distillers spirits, we will refund your money. Goodradigbee Distillers will not refund freight costs. All spirits must be returned to Goodradigbee Distillers, unopened, before the refund will be processed. You MUST contact us at john@goodradigbee.com, request a refund, and we will then send you the post bag or box, for you to package our product into and return to us. Only when we have inspected the returned product and ensured that it remains unopened, will we then refund to you the full purchase price minus delivery costs.
