Red Ironbark

The Red Ironbark trees used for our cubes come from the Pilliga State Forest.

Yeast

We use a specific-to-whisky yeast strain from DistillaMax.

Pale Malt Barley

We use a high-grade pale malt barley in our wash. It produces a sweet and delviate new-make spirit enhanced by our Australian hardwood aging cubes.

Water

Water used for blending is filtered via a coconut and carbon filter.
