This aged Ironbark Red Whisky is very soft and mellow on the palette with wonderful rock melon and toffee notes up front over vanilla and malt. A genuine high quality Australian hardwood whisky, and unique to Goodradigbee.

We use a high-grade pale malt barley in our wash. It produces a sweet and delviate new-make spirit enhanced by our Australian hardwood aging cubes.
