We like to do things a bit differently in Australia. That's why we’ve infused our Sweetwater Gin with the heartwood of the native ironbark tree. Our recipe also uses native citrus and botanicals, supplied by indigenous farmers from northern new south wales and southern queensland. With just one sip, you'll experience anise myrtle, highland pepper berries, juniper, batlow apples and the distinct taste of Australia.
