Lemon Myrtle

The first thing you smell when you open our Freshwater gin is lemon Myrtle. Lovely soft and sweet lemon fragrance without any bitterness.

Native Currants

Small dark red berries that grow in clusters on the plant, they're tart and an amazing source of antioxidants.

Quandongs

Also known as native peaches, quandongs grow in Sandalwood trees across Australia. Quandongs have a very high Vitamin C content.

Kakadu Plum

Used as a bush food by indigenous people all over Australia, the Kakadu Plum is very high in Vitamin C and has a soft earthy flavour.

Ice Finger Limes

The dominant citrus flavour in our gins, Ice Finger Limes are spicy, zesty and sweet all in one.

Cinnamon Myrtle

A gently cinnamon flavour from the leaves of the cinnamon myrtle make it a great addition to add body to the gins.
