Blackwood is aged in cubes made from Tasmanian Blackwood sourced from a swampy forest in North West Tasmania. For every tree harvested, one must be replanted. It is a sustainable success story. Blackwood has a mature, malty nose with hints of citrus. On the palette it is a chocolate and vanilla bomb, very complex, with a peppery finish.
