This aged Ironbark Red Whisky is very soft and mellow on the palette with wonderful rock melon and toffee notes up front over vanilla and malt. A genuine high quality Australian hardwood whisky, and unique to Goodradigbee.

In general, it was ok, I did not find it as smooth as the advertisement or in comparison to some of the other Australian whiskies I have tasted.
Adding a few drops of water certainly helps open up, the taste.
But in comparison to the advertisement and the call out regarding aroma and flavours I can't honestly say I agree.
