Blackwood Aged Spiced Rum

Our spiced rum is an Australian alternative from the  spiced rums normally available through the major brands. We are different - we use Australian spices to enhance the flavour, like Tasmanian Pepperberry Saltbush, Sea Parsley, and Kunzea along with a touch of vanilla. The end result is a spiced rum that has bite, along with a touch of sweetness. 

Of course, we age the rum prior to steeping it it in the spices, in Tasmanian Blackwood. This enhances the natural sweet caramel of the rum by adding chocolate and vanilla tones on the front of the palette. The end result is a refined Spiced Rum that is unique to Goodradigbee and Australia.
