Freshwater Blush Gin: Davidson plum, Kakadu plum, strawberry gum, muntries and finger lime. Bright, bittersweet and made for mixing.
Freshwater Gin: quandongs, Kakadu plum, native currants, lemon myrtle and finger lime. Our award-winning sweet gin with bite.
Orchard Rd Dry Gin: Riverina orange, lemon myrtle, finger lime, grains of paradise, licorice and angelica root. A crisp, juniper-forward dry gin.

Goodradigbee spirits feature carefully selected Australian native ingredients. Each botanical, fruit and timber is chosen for its quality, distinctive flavour and connection to the Australian landscape.

Davidson Plum

Looks like a plum, and tastes like a plum. Rich and vibrant with an earthy sweetness.

Quandongs

Also known as native peaches, quandongs grow in Sandalwood trees across Australia. Quandongs have a very high Vitamin C content.

Riverena orange

Riverena orange skin provides a sweet pure citrus flavour to all gins.

Strawberry Gum

A lovely subtly and soft fragrance of, surprisingly, strawberries, the Strawberry Gum is a rare tree and leaves must be harvested sustainably.

Licorice

Licorice root provides a soft anise flavour to gin distillations. Used sparingly!

Angelica root

Angelica root provides earthy notes to gin botanical distillations

Grains of paradise

Grown lcoally, Grains of Paradise emanate from the caribbean but are now sourced lcoally. They add a gentle sweet and spicy flavour.

Muntries

Muntries are an amazing source of vitamin C and taste much like a mandarin. They’re delicious raw as well.

Kakadu Plum

Used as a bush food by indigenous people all over Australia, the Kakadu Plum is very high in Vitamin C and has a soft earthy flavour.

Ice Finger Limes

The dominant citrus flavour in our gins, Ice Finger Limes are spicy, zesty and sweet all in one.

Lemon Myrtle

The first thing you smell when you open our Freshwater gin is lemon Myrtle. Lovely soft and sweet lemon fragrance without any bitterness.

Native Currants

Small dark red berries that grow in clusters on the plant, they're tart and an amazing source of antioxidants.

Cinnamon Myrtle

A gently cinnamon flavour from the leaves of the cinnamon myrtle make it a great addition to add body to the gins.
